We offer a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.

2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard:

  1. Log in to your ButcherAI account
  2. Navigate to your account settings
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation

2.2 Cancellation Effective Date

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have full access to all features until the period ends
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period
  • No refunds are provided for the current billing period

3. Refund Policy

3.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with ButcherAI within 30 days of your first paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.

3.2 Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your refund request must be made within 30 days of your first subscription payment
  • You must contact us directly at support@butcherai.app
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

3.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after 30 days from the first payment
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period
  • Refunds for subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days

4. Processing Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund:

  • We will process your refund within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Your access to ButcherAI will be terminated upon refund completion

5. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

  • The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the first 30 days only
  • If you cancel after 30 days, you retain access until the end of your annual period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused months

6. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company, please contact us first. We're happy to work with you to resolve any issues. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension.
